1. Introduction
Welcome to Hotel Mahamaya Palace. By making a reservation and staying at our hotel, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a pleasant and safe stay for all our guests.

2. Reservation & Check-in Policy

  • A valid government-issued ID is required at check-in for all guests.

  • Check-in time: 12:00 PM | Check-out time: 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

  • Advance payment is required to confirm a reservation. In case of non-payment, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking.

  • The management reserves the right to refuse accommodation to any guest who does not comply with hotel policies.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made 48 hours before check-in will be eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will incur a one-night charge.

  • No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days.

4. Guest Conduct & Hotel Policies

  • Guests are required to maintain decorum and respect other guests and hotel staff.

  • Any damage to hotel property caused by guests will be charged accordingly.

  • Smoking is only permitted in designated areas. Smoking in non-smoking rooms will result in a penalty charge.

  • Alcohol consumption is allowed only in permitted areas, as per local regulations.

  • Illegal activities, including but not limited to drug use, gambling, and misconduct, are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction without refund.

5. Visitors Policy

  • Visitors are allowed in guest rooms only during designated hours.

  • The hotel reserves the right to deny entry to any visitor if deemed necessary for guest safety.

6. Pet Policy

  • Pets are not allowed on hotel premises. Service animals may be permitted with prior approval.

7. Liability & Safety

  • The hotel is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Guests are advised to use in-room safes where available.

  • Guests must take responsibility for their valuables and personal safety during their stay.

  • In case of an emergency, guests must follow the hotel's safety procedures.

8. Food & Beverage Policy

  • Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the hotel premises.

  • Guests are encouraged to use the hotel's dining services for meals and refreshments.

9. Force Majeure

  • The hotel shall not be liable for failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or emergencies.

10. Amendments to Terms & Conditions

  • Hotel Mahamaya Palace reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
